What you’ll do

 

We need you to help us deliver and develop a world beating support experience.

  • Uploading and editing spreadsheet to generate labels for clients

  • Following up on deliveries – keeping track of anything that is in a troubled state

  • Responding to customers’ queries

  • Taking client phone calls where appropriate

  • Ideate and improve processes and documentation to create an incredible customer experience

 

Requirements

 

  • A high level of attention to detail and persistency

  • Very comfortable with technology and digitally savvy – Excel skills are a bonus

  • The incessant desire to find a better way to do things – process improvement, QA and Six Sigma experience would be a great bonus

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Sound judgement and ability to make decisions on the fly

  • Genuine desire to deliver the highest possible level of customer service to our valued clients
