Job Description & Requirements

● You have at least 5 years customer experience under your belt, you may have even been a former manager or team lead at some point.

● You’re a tertiary level graduate.

● You have flawless written and spoken English and critical language awareness.

● You’re a gun at high volume, high quality work. We receive a lot of emails, chats, phone calls and customer appointments. You thrive in a high volume work environment and are able to produce top quality results at full pace.

● You are happy to work a full time night shift – it fits with your lifestyle and you even prefer it! (provided you still get two consecutive days off and a fixed schedule).

● You have an irreproachable work ethic, and a high level of ownership, responsibility and accountability. You can be trusted with executing a plethora of tasks without compromising on quality.

● You have tenacity and scrappiness. You welcome change and adapt. You have a keen eye for spotting areas ripe for improvement, and you take the initiative to get the ball rolling.

● You work equally well autonomously as you do in a team, and don’t need micro managing.

● You have an interest in women’s fashion. You love whipping up design advice and inspiration for our customers, but you also admire personal style and delight in the diversity of our customers.

● You’re tech savvy. We’re a tech-start up and use various platforms for communication and development!

Responsibilities:

This role is with a global online retail brand. The company is democratizing and disrupting the industry, and is poised to explode into the US market. This is an opportunity for Manila’s top two customer service superstars to join in realizing the company’s vision by providing an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with our customers over email in the most friendly, fun and supportive ways possible.

  • Doing the same with our customers on website chat and on the phone.

  • Reviewing customer orders and sending these to the workshop.

  • Working with our team in China to track and manage our orders.

  • Helping develop and document our customer related systems and processes.

  • Recommending and spearheading improvements to processes.

  • Embracing the company culture by looking for ways to passionately create happy customers and your fellow Customer Service Team Member.

Is it you?

You’re a self-starter, loaded with energy (even in the middle of the night), and you’re looking for a company with a fabulous culture who will acknowledge your excellence and help you hit the ground running. Along with your fellow Senior Customer Service Team Members, you have what it takes to pioneer a small-but-precise team based in our Makati location. The hours will be 9pm-6am PH time and the role will report into a Manager based in Sydney, Australia. Key requirements include:

  • Perfect English – both written and verbal.

  • Passion for customer happiness. You love people and you love making them happy. You’re passionate about pleasing customers and you’re seeking a career in a customer service role.

  • At least 3 years experience

  • Knowledge in Mandarin, French, Spanish and German language is an advantage (but not necessary).

  • The location (Makati) and shift (9pm-6am, fixed schedule) suit your lifestyle.
