iQor set to open 5th contact center in the PH

iQor, a US BPO company, is set to open its 5th contact center in the Philippines within September.

In a statement released to the press, iQor is looking to hire 1,200 customer care agents within the next 24 months after their opening. They are also looking into hiring supervisors, managers, trainers and call center professionals for their new site that will be located in SM Dasmariñas in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

iQor’s chief talent officer said that the demand for call center services in the Philippines is remaining strong. He added that between their sites in Clark and Davao, the company has more than 5,000 employees in the Philippines. “We were attracted to Cavite for many of the same reasons that caused us to expand in other parts of the country: a deep talent pool of highly-educated, service-oriented people with excellent English-speaking skills,” he said.
